The goal of the SafeSport Policy is to allow all participants of GBN (athletes, coaches and volunteers) to work and learn together without fear of abuse, neglect, or other maltreatment.  Through a Code of Conduct that is supported by Nordiq Canada and Cross Country Ski Ontario, it aims to be abuse-free, and guarantees that SafeSport environments are positive, inclusive, and respectful.  In keeping with this policy, all GBN athletes that are U16 and older, volunteers and coaches are to complete Understanding the Rule of Two and SafeSport training modules in order to participate in club activities as well as screening as outlined in our Screening Policy.
